The experience of stress in the body presents in ways unique to each individual. Some people find it difficult to find space for rest, some have difficulty in their minds, some experience pain. At KEY I approach stress and burnout symptoms as individually as the people in front of me. I use Restorative practices, Somatic movement practices and Yoga Nidra, the practice of awake sleep. Using a combination of the above practices and sensitive language I will work with you to design a practice that supports your nervous system, your mental and physical health.
Movement and rest practices are tailored to suit your needs. You need no prior yoga experience. The practice can take place on a chair or on a mat. KEY offers private practices of 15 minutes to 1 hour movement practice based on your needs on that particular day. KEY also offers 1 hour group practices in office and online.

PRIVATE PRACTICE
One on one private practice
In person or online
A physical practice designed for you with you. During the private practice we discuss what you would like to work on during the practice, breath work, movement or resting practices or a combination. We will explore different practices and create a practice using the practices that you find useful. The practice can be recorded for you to take home for your self practice.
