CANCELLATION POLICY

The following Cancellation Policy is for the website key-therapies.com (the “Site”) managed by Kathleen Egan Yoga (“COMPANY”,”we” or “us”).
Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully. By booking a group or individual practice with us, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
Cancellation of group practices
1.1  After receiving confirmation of registration to the practice, the participant has until 7 days prior to the practice to cancel their booking.
1.2  After receiving confirmation of the corporate or school group practice, the corporation or school group have until 7 days prior to the practice to change the time of the practice.
1.3  Participant is not entitled to a refund after the course or group practice has started.
1.4  Groups will be charged for the full cost of the practice when cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled practice.
Cancellation of private practices
2.1. Participants are responsible for the full cost of the practice when they do not cancel the scheduled practice.
2.2 Participants are responsible for the full cost of the practice  when they cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled practice.
2.3 Participants are responsible for 50% of the cost of practice when they cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled practice.
Transfer of scheduled practices, group and private practices
3.1 Scheduled practice times are transferable to another participant(s)
Cancellation by KEY Therapies
4.1 KEY Therapies has the right to cancel the course in case of not enough applicants or personal or business circumstances. KEY Therapies will refund the paid course fees within 21 working days after cancellation.
4.2 In the event KEY Therapies is unable to attend the practice due to illness or personal circumstances the practice is at the cost of KEY Therapies.
