Service Description

The balance of rest, play and work is important to our lives as people. In modern society work and striving is recognized as an achievement where rest is seen as a privilege, instead of something necessary to our wellbeing. Rest is Important. Rest and play support creativity, our ability to work smarter and it gives us the energy to work and play harder. Rest practices address symptoms of stress, anxiety and burnout, and improve our general wellbeing. Rest supports you as you move throughout your work day and week. So I offer you a time to Rest. Rest Break is a gentle lunch time flow based on grounding, somatic yoga and Nidra. Yoga Nidra is also known as guided rest. This class is designed for participants to explore their breath, gentle movement and rest. All you need for this practice is a pair of headphones, a comfy chair or a space to lie down. No previous yoga experience needed. Rest Break is open to 5 participants at KEY as well as online in your space. The practice takes place on Mondays and Fridays at 12:30pm for 45minutes.
