Service Description
You are welcome to join our in person Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) practice for adults on Thursday evenings at 6pm. During Trauma Sensitive yoga we have the possibility to practice movement, typically yoga forms, and breathing practices while exploring choice making, noticing sensations in our bodies and making choices related to the sensations that may arise. No previous yoga experience is necessary for this practice. Trauma sensitive yoga is designed for the participants who attend with all accessibility requirements taken into account. Limited to 5 participants. Duration: 1 hour movement practice. Time: 6pm to 7pm What to bring: Water, comfortable clothing and if you have a personal mat you are welcome to bring it. There are also mats in the studio. Practices take place in during school terms. 5 week practice 70euro Saturday 9th of November to 14th of December 2024 taking a break on the of December.
