THERAPEUTIC PRACTICES FOR TEENS
At KEY Therapies, we prioritize your well-being and healing journey by incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to support individuals who have experienced trauma. We specialize in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), a movement-based therapeutic approach designed specifically for teens and adults who have endured childhood or relational trauma. TCTSY empowers participants to reclaim agency over their bodies and emotions by fostering a safe environment where they can focus on their own movement experiences and make choices that honor their personal boundaries.
In addition to TCTSY, we utilize relaxation practices such as Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and mindful breathing exercises to address stress, anxiety, and other related mental health concerns. These techniques offer profound opportunities for relaxation, self-awareness, and inner peace. At KEY Therapies, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way on your journey towards healing and resilience.
